Customer Service Representative (at client location)
The Facility Maintenance Representatives require a positive attitude, strong team working skills, and excellent customer services skills. The primary responsibility for this position is to process work orders efficiently and accurately through our facility support software. Our employee will work onsite at our clients location in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities, Skills, and Abilities
Our Customer Service Representatives are motivated to provide excellent customer service while contributing in a team environment. This position involves processing Work Orders through our facility support software as well as:
- Document client maintenance issues accurately in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with service providers and client locations and to ensure work order status and notes are accurate
- Maintains a positive attitude, takes accountability for actions, is driven and passionate to perform at high levels, and enjoys working in a team atmosphere
- Following established guidelines for operating procedures, quality and productivity
- Effectively responds to and follows through on commitments - consistently meets or exceeds commitments with a focus on quick turnaround
- Builds a proven track record and reputation for achieving results through an emphasis on detail
- Accomplishes work in an organized manner according to priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to actively listen and type notes simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and navigate a work order software system
- Dispatching or customer service experience
- Record of outstanding attendance and work performance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
