Director, Client Implementations
Manage Client Implementations team and process to ensure efficient and successful on-boarding of new clients and rollout of new product offerings to existing clients.
Responsibilties
- Manage the Client Implementations department staff to ensure the tasks are being met according implementation plan and department objectives
- Oversee the project management process for the implementation of new clients
- Develop/Update Implementation/Roll-Out processes and templates to streamline Implementation processes.
- Develop Client specific SOPs and Job Aides in order to promote Best Practices for each Client.
- Develop Client specific workflows.
- Work with all Departments involved in Client Implementations and Roll-Outs to ensure custom development, dispatch matrixes, CSR training, Client training and Vendor on-boarding/training are completed within the Implementation/Roll-Out timelines and that all deadlines are met.
- Review with Training Department workflows and customizations specific to that client to ensure training and training material is tailored to the client.
- Complete data transfer, system updates, and client follow up.
- Schedule and lead on-site meetings with both the Account Manager and the Client to ensure both are up to speed on any training requirements, system/process questions, system issues, etc…
- Coordinate fmPilot Site testing with Development Partner and Client to ensure initial system set-up, AP Process and Other Custom Processes are working properly prior to go-live.
- Follow up with Account Manager on a daily or weekly basis for the initial month after go live to review progress of the account, answer any “learning curve questions,” and to assist in any updates/changes that need to be made to the account.
- Participate in Client/AM weekly conference calls for the initial month after go-live.
Position Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related discipline
- 5-8 years relevant work experience
- Previous work experience in project management
- Preferred PMP certification
- Prefer managing & implementing software business solutions
- Special consideration for previous computerize maintenance management system experience
- Ability to lead and/or mentor project teams
- Ability to follow a project methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects
- Demonstrated strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Visio and Microsoft Project
- Must be able to travel overnight as needed
