Market Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Experience in the wireless technology industry or a CSR that is knowledgeable of accounts in these markets
- Demonstrated strong work performance history with FS or previous employer
- Advanced knowledge of fmPilot
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet-based applications is essential to this position
- Able to communicate orally and via email in a professional manner
- Ability to problem solve by thinking critically is paramount to succeeding
- Experience with office equipment such as scanners, copy and fax machines.
Responsibilities:
- Works on escalated work orders that cannot be resolved by the Call Center
- Follow-up on missed ETA’s by vendors
- May act as a CSR during high call volume times
- Liaison between Account Management and the Service Center (Call Center)
