Archana Kshirsagar

director of statistical analysis

As the Manager of Data Analytics, Archana will be managing all day-to-day operations within the data analytics group at FacilitySource. She will also be responsible for collaborating with clients and help them achieve efficiencies by means of some of the latest business intelligence analytics tools and reporting methods.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Archana was Asst. Vice President at Merrill Lynch's stock plan administration & options compensation management division, where she led all client data management and reporting operations. Here, she interacted directly with CFO's and corporate finance departments at leading Fortune 100 companies and helped streamline their financial reporting and stock options valuation needs. Before holding this position she was a Financial Engineer at Gradient Analytics responsible for building statistical stock selection models used currently by some of the largest hedge funds and mutual funds in the world. She brings with her a wealth of statistical and econometric skills along with several years of data analytics and modeling experience.

Archana hold a Masters’ degree in Industrial Engineering & Economics from the University of Arizona where she specialized in game theoretic modeling of market saturation for consumer goods. She has a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration from India.
