FacilitySource Names New Vice President of Client Services

FacilitySource, the leading facility maintenance and management service provider, announced today that Marty Plocica has been named vice president of client services. In this role, Plocica will function as the global client service leader and will have direct responsibility for implementing client service satisfaction programs.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Plocica was senior vice president for Simon Property Group, the largest shopping center developer and owner in North America, where he was responsible for international business development, property management and retail services. Before holding that position he was group manager for Florsheim Shoes Shops, one of America’s premier men’s shoe companies, where he was a leader for multiple store operations.

Plocica is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) designation. Additionally, Plocica is a founding member of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) association and is an active member of the British Council of Shopping Centers (BCSC). He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has studied at Arizona State University and Cleveland State University.
