Bill Hayden

As FacilitySource’s CEO, Bill is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Bill’s direction, the organization has achieved strong double-digit percentage growth each year.

Before coming to FacilitySource in 2006, Bill held leadership roles with several major facility management companies including American Building Maintenance, where he served as part of the executive team supporting the largest regional division in the company’s $3.5-billion portfolio. He has also worked as a director of digital asset management for two dot-com startups.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in both computer science and business administration from Furman University and studied international finance at the University of London.

Sunil Padiyar

IT veteran Sunil is FacilitySource’s CTO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in building information technology infrastructure and software development teams to the company.

Sunil was a founder at Contatta, Inc., and also at Saleslogix Corporation, where as the vice president of technology he helped the company grow from zero revenue to more than $100 million in just four years and executed a successful IPO. He also served in executive positions at FlyPaper Studio, Superior Access Insurance Services, Vcommerce Corporation, Artisoft, Inc., and Novell, Inc.

In the course of his career, Sunil has received more than 200 awards for his contributions to a variety of technology products, and has twice received the Outstanding Technology Innovation Award from the Arizona Software Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Cynthia Bowers

As Vice President of Human Resources, Cynthia oversees strategic human resources planning and people initiatives. Some of her responsibilities include organizational design and alignment, talent acquisition, people development and workplace culture.

Before joining FacilitySource in 2015, Cynthia’s background included progressive experience in organizational development for small to large-sized information technology and client services companies.

Cynthia earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and has a certification in counseling. She was nominated for the Athena Young Professional Women of the Year award and was chosen as Women of the Year by Clear Channel for her community outreach.

Scott Moore

As FacilitySource’s Vice President of Client Development, Scott is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Account Director and Enterprise Account programs. Scott’s teams are responsible for the growth and overall satisfaction of FacilitySource’s rapidly expanding client portfolio.

Before joining FacilitySource in 2015, Scott held various sales positions focusing on how the use of data and analytics enables smarter, faster decisions. Scott was previously responsible for over $200M in client revenue and was an integral part in the adoption and advancement of several contributory databases in the Insurance industry.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Max Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.

Thomas Bushong

Thomas Bushong joined FacilitySource in 2017, bringing 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate software development and services to the team.  As Vice President, Product Management, Thomas is responsible for the evolution, communication and execution of the product roadmap.

Prior to FacilitySource, Thomas was the President of Business Integration Group, Inc. where he led the product development for an application that was recognized as Leader in Gartner’s IWMS Magic Quadrant.  This application helped clients manage over $5 billion in spend annually for facility-related capital investments, maintenance and lease payments.

Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Education Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Northern Arizona University.

Richard Matero

Richard joined FacilitySource in 2013, and brings over 31 years of executive leadership expertise to the team. As CFO, Richard is responsible for the company’s financial performance and obligations.

Prior to FacilitySource, Richard held various executive leadership positions, most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Control Holding Group, the previous parent company of FacilitySource.

Chris Jernigan

Chris joined FacilitySource in 2017 and brings 20 years of sales and client relationship management experience in the markets of retail, banking, and grocery.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chris is responsible for accelerating Facility Source’s sales and marketing roadmap, as well as expanding client relationships and new business development.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Chris was Vice President of Sales at Ecova in Atlanta, Georgia, where he led the company’s nationwide Business Development team.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from University of North Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University.

Tom Holden

Tom Holden joined FacilitySource in 2016 as Vice President of Exterior Services, bringing over 24 years of industry experience in all aspects of landscape management, snow and ice removal and parking lot maintenance. Tom is responsible for expanding these product lines through new and existing relationships.

Prior to FacilitySource, Tom spent 19 years as Director of Operations for Lipinski Outdoor Services, a top ten national company known for its extraordinary service and having one of the best reputations in the industry. Tom led a team of over 300 employees and was a driving force behind the expansion of their national business in 2002, tripling revenue over a four-year period. Most recently, Tom spent five years with Merit Service Solutions serving as Vice President.

Tom earned an associate degree in business administration and studied landscape architecture at Rutgers University.

Christine Kowalczyk

Christine joined FacilitySource in 2018 and brings over 20 years of global service operations and client management leadership to her new role at FacilitySource.  As COO, Christine is responsible for all Service Delivery and Operational functions for FacilitySource.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Christine’s professional background included roles in Operations, Finance, and Program Management.  In her most recent position with Connexions Loyalty, a global leader in customer loyalty strategies, Christine was tasked with leading client growth strategy.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Maryville University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jordan Wagner

Jordan is responsible for overall service delivery to clients’ facilities. His team focuses on supporting clients to fully leverage their investment in FacilitySource solutions.

Jordan started with FacilitySource in 2007 as an account manager and was responsible for providing direct support to account operations and client implementations. Prior to this, he held a sales and finance position with Nationwide Insurance.

Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University.

As Vice President of Business Development, Josh is responsible for strategic initiatives affecting new business and marketing at FacilitySource. Josh leads his team to meet growth objectives, develop overall brand strategy and positioning, cultivate new client partnerships, and continuously work to provide optimized value to our clients.

Josh has been with FacilitySource since 2007, connecting with new clients to customize the right solution that meets their strategic objectives. Prior to joining FacilitySource, Josh held various sales roles within the medical and insurance industries.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown State University.

Amy Fonzi

Amy Fonzi joined FacilitySource in 2017, bringing over 12 years of commercial construction business development experience to the team. As VP of Business Development for Capital Projects, Amy is responsible for growing the FacilitySource Capital Projects division through new and existing clients.

Prior to FacilitySource, Amy held various leadership positions, including Business Development within the commercial construction industry and multiunit management in the retail sector, where her responsibilities from an operational standpoint directly involved new store openings, remodels and relocations.

Amy studied general business prior to finding her passion within the commercial construction industry. Truly vested in her trade, professional memberships have included ICSC, PRSM, RFMA, CCRP, PEA and SMPS.

John Holt

Prior to joining the FacilitySource board, John co-founded The Cobalt Group in 1995. He was co-CEO until January 2000; he then served as the company’s sole president and CEO until the company was sold to ADP in 2010. He served as a corporate officer of ADP and headed the Digital Marketing Group at ADP Dealer Services until his retirement in September 2014.

Prior to Cobalt, Holt developed an affiliate label publishing program for IVI Publishing, a multimedia CD-ROM publishing company. He also served as Vice President for growth and development at Oceantrawl Inc., an Alaskan fishing company, where he helped grow annual revenues from $1 million to $80 million in less than five years.

Holt holds a master’s degree from The Yale School of Organization and Management in addition to a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.

Peter Morhauser

Facility management operations expert Peter Mohrhauser joined the company in 2012. Peter’s executive responsibilities include leading the client development and management functions of the company.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Peter founded the national facility services company Ascential, where he led the company to over 20 consecutive years of growth. During this period Peter achieved the highly coveted “Honor Roll” designation as winner of six consecutive Inc. 5000 awards, recognizing the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. He is also the winner of three consecutive “Future 50” awards (Master Mettle status), the PRSM Service Excellence Award, and his teams have been consistently recognized by multiple clients with operational performance awards.

Peter has previously served as Chairman of four PRSM industry committees including Education, Conferences, Best Practices, and Industry Partnerships. Peter attended the University of Wisconsin, Parkside.

Ashutosh Somani

Ashutosh Somani is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and focuses on investments in the Internet, information, software, and payments sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Somani worked as an investment professional at Audax Group and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is actively involved with the firm’s investments in Avalara and InComm and is a Director of FacilitySource and PayScale. Mr. Somani received an S.B. and M.Eng. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Lauren Zletz is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and focuses on investments in technology and tech-enabled services businesses.   She is a Director of FacilitySource and is involved with the firm’s investment in Crowdstrike.  Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Zletz worked in private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners and investment banking at Greenhill & Company.  Ms. Zletz received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Bill Hayden

As FacilitySource’s CEO, Bill is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Bill’s direction, the organization has achieved strong double-digit percentage growth each year.

Before coming to FacilitySource in 2006, Bill held leadership roles with several major facility management companies including American Building Maintenance, where he served as part of the executive team supporting the largest regional division in the company’s $3.5-billion portfolio. He has also worked as a director of digital asset management for two dot-com startups.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in both computer science and business administration from Furman University and studied international finance at the University of London.

John Holt

Prior to joining the FacilitySource board, John co-founded The Cobalt Group in 1995. He was co-CEO until January 2000; he then served as the company’s sole president and CEO until the company was sold to ADP in 2010. He served as a corporate officer of ADP and headed the Digital Marketing Group at ADP Dealer Services until his retirement in September 2014.

Prior to Cobalt, Holt developed an affiliate label publishing program for IVI Publishing, a multimedia CD-ROM publishing company. He also served as Vice President for growth and development at Oceantrawl Inc., an Alaskan fishing company, where he helped grow annual revenues from $1 million to $80 million in less than five years.

Holt holds a master’s degree from The Yale School of Organization and Management in addition to a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.

Peter Morhauser

Facility management operations expert Peter Mohrhauser joined the company in 2012. Peter’s executive responsibilities include leading the client development and management functions of the company.

Prior to joining FacilitySource, Peter founded the national facility services company Ascential, where he led the company to over 20 consecutive years of growth. During this period Peter achieved the highly coveted “Honor Roll” designation as winner of six consecutive Inc. 5000 awards, recognizing the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. He is also the winner of three consecutive “Future 50” awards (Master Mettle status), the PRSM Service Excellence Award, and his teams have been consistently recognized by multiple clients with operational performance awards.

Peter has previously served as Chairman of four PRSM industry committees including Education, Conferences, Best Practices, and Industry Partnerships. Peter attended the University of Wisconsin, Parkside.

Ashutosh Somani

Ashutosh Somani is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and focuses on investments in the Internet, information, software, and payments sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Somani worked as an investment professional at Audax Group and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is actively involved with the firm’s investments in Avalara and InComm and is a Director of FacilitySource and PayScale. Mr. Somani received an S.B. and M.Eng. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
