Alex Berzofsky is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2000 and focuses on investments in the logistics, technology and business services sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Berzofsky was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs. He is a Director of Coyote Logistics, MercuryGate, FacilitySource, Dude Solutions, The Gordian Group, and Construction Market Data. Mr. Berzofsky received a B.A. in economics from Harvard University.
As FacilitySource’s CEO, Bill is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Bill’s direction, the organization has achieved strong double-digit percentage growth each year.
Before coming to FacilitySource in 2006, Bill held leadership roles with several major facility management companies including American Building Maintenance, where he served as part of the executive team supporting the largest regional division in the company’s $3.5-billion portfolio. He has also worked as a director of digital asset management for two dot-com startups.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in both computer science and business administration from Furman University and studied international finance at the University of London.
Prior to joining the FacilitySource board, John co-founded The Cobalt Group in 1995. He was co-CEO until January 2000; he then served as the company’s sole president and CEO until the company was sold to ADP in 2010. He served as a corporate officer of ADP and headed the Digital Marketing Group at ADP Dealer Services until his retirement in September 2014.
Prior to Cobalt, Holt developed an affiliate label publishing program for IVI Publishing, a multimedia CD-ROM publishing company. He also served as Vice President for growth and development at Oceantrawl Inc., an Alaskan fishing company, where he helped grow annual revenues from $1 million to $80 million in less than five years.
Holt holds a master’s degree from The Yale School of Organization and Management in addition to a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.
Facility management operations expert Peter Mohrhauser joined the company in 2012. Peter’s executive responsibilities include leading the client development and management functions of the company.
Prior to joining FacilitySource, Peter founded the national facility services company Ascential, where he led the company to over 20 consecutive years of growth. During this period Peter achieved the highly coveted “Honor Roll” designation as winner of six consecutive Inc. 5000 awards, recognizing the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. He is also the winner of three consecutive “Future 50” awards (Master Mettle status), the PRSM Service Excellence Award, and his teams have been consistently recognized by multiple clients with operational performance awards.
Peter has previously served as Chairman of four PRSM industry committees including Education, Conferences, Best Practices, and Industry Partnerships. Peter attended the University of Wisconsin, Parkside.
Ashutosh Somani is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and focuses on investments in the Internet, information, software, and payments sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Somani worked as an investment professional at Audax Group and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is actively involved with the firm’s investments in Avalara and InComm and is a Director of FacilitySource and PayScale. Mr. Somani received an S.B. and M.Eng. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Lauren Zletz is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and focuses on investments in technology and tech-enabled services businesses. She is a Director of FacilitySource and is involved with the firm’s investment in Crowdstrike. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Zletz worked in private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners and investment banking at Greenhill & Company. Ms. Zletz received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
